Hypno-Birthing: Empower Your Birth

This four-session hypnobirthing programme is designed to help expectant mums feel calm, confident, and more in control during labour. Using relaxation techniques, positive visualisation, and self-hypnosis, the sessions support a more positive and empowered birth experience.

You will also receive guided audio tracks to use at home, helping you stay relaxed and focused between sessions. Ideally, the programme begins around 30–34 weeks of pregnancy, although even one or two sessions closer to your due date can still be beneficial.
