I’ve been seeing Emily for a Little while now. I went to her for help with my eating habits. I’d got to the stage where I had in essence ‘lost my mojo’ when it came to eating correctly and losing weight. I’d got lazy and complacent and felt like I needed to be ‘reset’. Meeting Emily was a delight and I felt comfortable from the word go. After the first session I noticed a huge difference in my attitude towards food, I wasn’t craving food, I wasn’t constantly thinking about what I could eat next etc. I’ve started to lose weight and am really pleased with how my mojo seems to be back! I honestly can’t recommend her enough. I’ve also been sleeping better as the MP3’s help me relax quickly and fall asleep fast! Thank you so much!
I would highly recommend Emily, I had my last session today, and so far I have lost a stone! A side effect of this is my husband has also lost half a stone just by eating the same as me and cutting out all the rubbish! I don’t know how it works but it does, I would tell anyone to give it a go,you have nothing to lose but the weight! I also have a much more positive attitude to food and am eating much healthier Thanks Emily , so grateful for the help.
Emily helped my wife and I to stop smoking 4 years ago and not having tried hypnotherapy before it was hard not to be a little skeptical! But 4 years later we haven't smoked a single cigarette since!! It's amazing, we can't believe it had an immediate effect and it's the greatest feeling not to be tied to cigarettes anymore!! We've now gone back to Emily to help with weight loss and to maintain a healthy balanced attitude to food. Again the results are showing and it's weird how we have changed our food habits subconsciously. Again it's unexplainable but certainly we are delighted with the results which has been noticed by friends and family so we're keeping it up, hopefully in another couple of months we will reach our goal weights! Massive thanks to Emily, I would never have believed it!!!

Went here for Weight Loss and was very happy with Emily's professional service and with the amount of weight I lost. You do have to use your own motivation too but it certainly helped me onto the right path. I would recommend.
