The week leading up to exams was pure hell but when I got to my final (and most important) one I really did feel ready to go and probably the calmest I have EVER been! For the first time in 5 years of assessments I didn’t make any stupid mistakes due to nerves. I used the technique you taught me each night leading up to the exams, this helped me to get to sleep each night too. I wasn’t sure how calm I’d be for the big one’s as I still had a few butterflies when I thought of it, but I think a bit of adrenaline is healthy and I would have been freaked out if I wasn’t worried AT ALL!
