What does Social Phobia feel like?
Social Phobia (also called Social Anxiety) is a really common phobia where the sufferer feels anxious in social situations which may put them “on the spot” or in a position where they feel they could be judged. For example you may feel anxious when speaking in front of your colleagues at work whilst in a meeting or at a conference. Perhaps you feel jittery being introduced to a group of new people. You may be worried you will embarrass yourself by what you say or do. You might generally worry what other people think of you. You may lack confidence, you may blush, you may have a negative self image or have difficulty in being assertive.
Here at The Hypnotherapy Practice in Milton Keynes, suggestion therapy and NLP provides excellent results in giving a boost to your self esteem and help you deal with situations which make you feel anxious.
